Wayaree
Bruny Island Villas - Wayaree is a self-contained farmhouse at Lunawanna on Bruny Island, in southern Tasmania.
This cosy farmhouse was built in the early 1900’s and has been updated to include all modern conveniences without losing the character of yesteryear.
With three bedrooms there is more than enough room for family and friends to stay under the one roof, accommodating two doubles and three singles plus a cot. It has full kitchen and laundry facilities, the lounge has a wood heater, television, VCR, CD player, electric blankets, iron and ironing board, barbeque facilities and car parking
Wayaree Estate is also home to Bruny Island Premium Wines, Australia’s most southern vineyard, who produce a Pinot Noir and a Chardonnay.
Wayaree Estate is 120 acres in size and backs onto a large Forestry area on Bruny Island, so there’s plenty of room for bushwalking or you just might like to sit and watch the grapes grow while enjoying the peace and tranquillity.

Eversley
Eversley is a sunny,beautifully appointed two-bedroom house, overlooking Daniels Bay on South Bruny Island, Tasmania. Set in peaceful rural land on the original farming property named Eversley,the house has views over the D’Entrecasteaux Channel to Adamsons Peak.
Eversley has been tastefully refurbished, with European appliances and quality furniture and fittings throughout. It has a large LCD television, surround-sound system with iPod dock, outdoor entertaining areas with barbecue and a cosy wood heater. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and there are two singles in the second bedroom.
Owners Bernice and Richard Woolley are also the proud owners of nearby Bruny Island Premium Wines, Australia’s most southerly vineyard where Eversley guests can enjoy a free wine-tasting at their cellar door.
Eversley is a perfect base for your explorations of Bruny Island’s many attractions including Bruny Island Cruises, Get Shucked Oyster Farm, Bruny Island Cheese Company, Bruny Island Berry Farm, South Bruny National Park and Lighthouse, surfing Cloudy Bay plus many walks and beautiful beaches.
