Wayaree Estate is a self-contained farmhouse at Lunawanna on Bruny Island, in southern Tasmania.

This cosy farmhouse was built in the early 1900’s and has been updated to include all modern conveniences without losing the character of yesteryear.

With three bedrooms there is more than enough room for family and friends to stay under the one roof, accommodating two doubles and three singles plus a cot. It has full kitchen and laundry facilities, the lounge has a wood heater, television, VCR, CD player, electric blankets, iron and ironing board, barbeque facilities and car parking

Wayaree Estate is also home to Bruny Island Premium Wines, Australia’s most southern vineyard, who produce a Pinot Noir and a Chardonnay.

Wayaree Estate is 120 acres in size and backs onto a large Forestry area on Bruny Island, so there’s plenty of room for bushwalking or you just might like to sit and watch the grapes grow while enjoying the peace and tranquillity.
