Mt Mangana is an hour and a half return walk that features rainforests of fern and eucalypts, whilst providing spectacular panoramic views.

A 4 km (return) well formed track that ascends some 120m to the top of Mt Mangana. It is a delightful walk through semi-rainforest and may have great views from the top.

How to get there: Travel time from Sealink Bruny Island Ferry, Roberts Point – 42 min (40km)

Once disembarking Sealink Bruny Island Ferry, head south on Lennon Rd, merging into Bruny Island Main Road, for 30km. Turn left onto Adventure Bay Road and travel 6km, turn right onto Coolangatta Road. Travel 4.7km to reach the start of the track.

Coolangatta Road can be accesed from Lunawanna or Adventure Bay. Please note, the road can be quite challenging depending on how well it has been maintained.

Long sections of road on Bruny Island are unsealed, but are suitable for 2WD vehicles and bicycles.
